Considerations when deciding on garments & quantities

Consider these key factors when determining the optimal garments and quantities for your facility. By posing these essential questions, we eliminate the uncertainty in garment selection, delivering the right fabric, style, process, and quantities tailored precisely to meet your specific needs.

Explore our products

  1. In what Class of Cleanroom is the garment used?
  2. What surface cleanliness level is required?

  • Is the manufacturing process wet?
  • Is static discharge a concern?
  • Is the product potentially hazardous?
  • Will physical abrasion on the garment surface be an issue?

Do the garments need to be sterilised?

  • How many operators do you have?
  • How many shifts do you operate?
  • What is the garment change rate?
  • How many days worked?
  • How much buffer stock is required?
