Validation swabs have been designed especially for the evaluation of surface cleaning protocols in the biopharmaceutical industries. The Polynit fabric that makes up the head of the swab undergoes a proprietary process to reduce background Total Organic Carbon levels. The polyester fabric does not promote bio-growth. CONSTIX Validation swabs are packaged 5 swabs per autoclavable sealed nylon pouch.
- Head: 0.25″ X 0.8″ (0.63 cm x 2 cm)
- Knit polyester head
- 0.12″ diam. antistatic polypropylene handle, 6″ total length
- Ideal for applications with critical contamination sensitivity
- Sealed polyester swabs are the best option for use with harsh solvents
